Back by popular demand, paid K/McCBCA members are invited to Dumpster Day 2022 in the Kenney’s Beach parking lot.

What is Dumpster Day? It’s an opportunity for members to offload larger unwanted items at end of season. A dumpster will be on-site in the Kenney’s Beach parking lot; bring dumpster-sized items no longer needed — and remember, your item(s) may be usable to someone else, so swapping/giving away is encouraged!

• Volunteers needed to help run the event - 2-hour shifts available beginning at 8 AM. Set up tables, check memberships/collect dues, load items into dumpster etc. Volunteering is a great way to meet your neighbors! Please email president@kmccbeachcivic.org to pitch in!

• Seeking a volunteer with a truck to haul remaining usable items to the Transfer Station Reuse Area at end of event; otherwise giveaway items with no takers will be added to the dumpster at the end of the event. Please contact us at president@kmccbeachcivic.org if you can help.

• No rain date - event will proceed with light rain, will be cancelled in the event of heavy rain - we’ll keep you posted!

• No household garbage please, no brush, no chemicals accepted. Event is for furniture, household items, tools and similar items.
